Help McMaster Development Figure Skating Team Replace Competition Dresses
Dear Supporters,
We are reaching out to you with heavy hearts and a sense of urgency. The McMaster Development Figure Skating Team, is a group of dedicated and passionate athletes, who believe that skating is for everyone! Through our five different on-ice programs, we offer McMaster University students of all skill levels the opportunity to sharpen their skating abilities in a low pressure, welcoming environment. Recently our synchronized skating team suffered a devastating loss. Our competition dresses, which are not only essential to our performance but also a symbol of our team spirit and unity, were stolen. Experiencing the loss of these dresses so close to our upcoming competition was truly devastating.
As a university student-run organization with limited resources, covering the cost of replacing the stolen dresses, along with the initial investment, is a daunting challenge for us. This is why we're reaching out to our community for support. Your generosity can help us recover some, if not all, of our incurred expenses, enabling us to continue pursuing our passion for figure skating.
