Margaret Zanel is the Vice President of Strategy & Business Transformation at Xerox Canada Ltd. (XCL), and is responsible for leading XCL’s Strategic planning process, Strategy PMO, Client Experience Initiatives and Philanthropy.

Since taking the role in 2011, she has led significant transformational initiatives aligned to improving top and bottom line growth. Initiatives range from go-to-market strategy development, acquisitions, ERP deployment, organizational design and client retention.

Margaret has over 20 years of experience in both multi-nationals and entrepreneurial start-ups in strategy, marketing, and business transformation. In all of her roles, she is known to be a transformational thought-leader that can drive change to enable business simplification and growth. She consistently moves organizations forward to respond successfully to volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity with a pragmatic “get it done” style.

Margaret earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree and a MBA in international business from McMaster University.

Margaret lives in Port Credit with her husband and two children.
