McMaster Alumni Association
Strategic Plan 2013-2016

The McMaster Alumni Association strategic plan for 2013-2016 identifies the key priorities of the Association and work of the Office of Alumni Advancement as we continue to grow and develop our programs and communications to actively engage alumni and others in the life of McMaster. It has been developed through the leadership of the McMaster Alumni Association Board, input from Senior University leaders, staff and guidance of facilitator, Rob Wood. The areas of focus identified in this plan are aligned with the MAA Mission, which was confirmed through this strategic planning process as a meaningful representation of our overall purpose and continues to guide our activities.

Through the strategic planning session, the desire for increased engagement was heard. This vision of increased engagement can be seen as overarching theme for the 2013-2016 plan.
