Calgary: Tour and Reception at National Music Centre

Join McMaster Alumni for a private look at the East Village's amazing National Music Centre (NMC). This not-quite-a-museum is home to a one-of-a-kind "living collection" of over 2000 musical instruments and artist memorabilia, providing unparalleled access to these artifacts.

For this event you'll have access to Studio Bell prior to meeting up with other McMaster Alumni for a private one-hour tour.

At the National Music Centre there are five floors of exhibitions to explore that tell the story of music in Canada and celebrate music icons at the Canadian Halls of Fame. Plus you can rock out with interactive instrument installations and sing along in vocal booths! Here's a video from NMC's opening day if you'd like to take a peek.

After the tour concludes, stay to mingle in the Cloud Lounge with fellow alumni and Karen McQuigge (Director of Alumni Advancement). Karen will be visiting and bringing news from campus.
