What qualifies for a project on iFundMac.ca?
Any McMaster University project that advances research, teaching, learning and the overall student experience at the university – including those focused on student financial aid, athletics, library or faculty-specific initiatives, and have a specific deadline for funding. Important to note that in order to obtain final approval, projects will require a McMaster University budget account number (Mosaic Chartstring).
Not sure if you qualify?
Submit your project today, and it’ll be reviewed by staff in the Office of Alumni Advancement. Be sure to include contact information in case there are questions.
HOW TO SUBMIT A PROJECT TO iFundMac.ca
1. Select a McMaster University project that would appeal to a diverse audience and can be shared in a simple way.
2. Identify a group of “Champions” or leaders for the initiative.
3. Source out visual aids that will assist in telling the story of your project: photos, videos, quotes, etc.
4. Complete the iFundMac.ca “Project Description” form including the “Prospect Clearance” form and gather all appropriate signatures and submit to giving@mcmaster.ca.
